5. What happened to the physical shops?
   2011: The All-In Commitment. By the end of 2011, management made the strategic decision to completely divest all physical retail locations. We transitioned to an online-only operational model to channel 100% of our technical resources, inventory, and focus into engineering Canada's premier custom computers.
6. What does the name PCCZONE stand for?
   PC Custom Zone. Coined in 2008 during our digital transition, the name reflects our exact specialization: PC (Personal Computer), C (Custom), ZONE (Your dedicated space for elite hardware). This identity launched alongside our proprietary custom configuration tools.
