Warranty
All parts benefit from a basic warranty of 30 days. A period of 15 days starting from the delivery date will be granted on all "dead on arrival" (DOA).
All custom-made computer systems benefit from a 1-year basic warranty including labor.
Warranty will be automatically VOID for products that have been subjected to physical damage including Environmental damage (including but not limited to smoke, excessive humidity, or mining-related wear) or any other damages caused by unconventional use. The PCCZONE warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances.
No guarantee is given on installed software or installations made (whether by PCCZONE or otherwise).
All warranty is void if products show signs of:
- Physical Damage: Including but not limited to over-voltage (surges), accidental drops, or improper installation.
- Environmental Neglect: Excessive dust accumulation, exposure to smoke/vaping residue, or corrosion.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Usage of hardware for high-intensity mining operations outside of manufacturer-rated specifications.
- Unauthorized Modification: Any attempt to repair or modify hardware by a third party.
For items exceeding the 30-day PCCZONE window, warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. We provide a "Manufacturer Support" on our website to assist you.
Transport charges linked to the return of merchandise are at the expense of the customer. Please contact our RMA department for further assistance on how to return your defective product.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Customer Diagnostics: It is the customer's responsibility to perform initial troubleshooting. If a product is returned and found to be fully functional (No Fault Found), a $40/hr CAD diagnostic fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
Before returning a product to PCCZONE, please obtain your RMA number online.
No returns are accepted without a valid RMA number, which remains active for 14 calendar days from issuance.
No advance replacements are provided.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the shipping label and on the exterior of the shipping carton.
Cancellation, Refund or Credit
There is no refund, return, or exchange on any articles that have been subjected to physical damage including over-voltages, poor maintenance (e.g., dust, tobacco tar, grease deposits), or any other damages caused by unconventional use.
Only sealed, unopened products will be considered for a refund, subject to approval and a restocking fee. Customers must obtain an RMA number within 15 days of the invoice date.
A 15% cancellation or restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the client is approved for such service.
The customer will need to pay for return shipping without exception.
Time of Delivery
Total time of delivery is based on payment authorization, inventory status (backorders or special orders), order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This could range from 48 hours to 10 working days. NOTE: If item(s) on your order are out of stock, we will not ship until we have received and processed all backorders.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Damage claims for products in the package during transport should be notified to the shipping company at the time of delivery. If items received are found to have physical damage, report them immediately to the customer service section of the website.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify if the packaging seal was broken at the moment of delivery. If so, the customer is advised to refuse the shipment. The customer will still be responsible for shipping costs.
Lost packages should be notified to the shipping carrier directly. Tracking numbers and all necessary information will be posted in your shipping confirmation email or on our website pcczone.ca (username and password required).
Missing items from your purchase must be notified within 24 hours.
Service Expenses
All customers are subject to their respective provincial retail sales taxes based on their residing province. All customers (Canadian or non-Canadian) will be charged applicable GST.
Minimum web order is $25 CAD excluding taxes; a potential handling charge will be added to all orders under $250 CAD.
Responsibility
PCCZONE operates as a custom system integrator and retailer; we do not provide general technical assistance or individual product support. We cannot offer advice regarding item compatibility, specific product recommendations, or pre-sales technical consultation. All product information on our website is provided directly by the manufacturers. For accurate specifications or technical troubleshooting, please contact the product manufacturer directly.
PCCZONE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed, whether or not the order has been processed. A complete refund to the customer's credit card will be issued immediately.
PCCZONE is not responsible for any typographical errors, product description errors, or photographical misrepresentations of the products posted on the website.
PCCZONE does not control or review third-party websites linked to PCCZONE.CA. We cannot guarantee, verify, or answer for their content.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to follow these terms and conditions. PCCZONE is not responsible for any loss linked to a breach of these terms.
Products remain the property of PCCZONE until complete payment is accepted.

The information you provide will be kept confidential and used only to support your customer relationship with PCCZONE.CA. Information we may request includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, type of business, credit card details, and customer preferences. We do not sell your personal information. You may contact us at any time with privacy questions or to request the correction or deletion of your data. We protect your data using enhanced encryption technology.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze web traffic to improve our website. This information is used for statistical analysis purposes and then removed from the system.
