Warranty

All parts benefit from a basic warranty of 30 days. A period of 15 days will be granted on all "dead on arrival" for all shipped items from invoice date.

All systems and all custom made systems benefit from a basic warranty of 6 Months including labor.

Warranty will be automatically VOID for products that have been subjected to physical damage including over voltages, poor maintenance (EX.: dust, tobacco tar, grease deposits) or any other damages caused by said unconventional use. PCCZONE warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances.

No guarantee is given on installed software, installation(s) made or not by PCCZONE

All merchandise exceeding the 30 days warranty period will be covered directly with the manufacturer's, in accordance with their general warranty. And no longer PCCZONE's responsibility. Assistance with vendor will be provided thru website's customer service.

Transport charges linked upon the return of merchandise are at the expense of the customer. Please contact our RMA department for further assistance on how to return your defective product.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

It is customers responsibility to do further diagnostic to determine whether a product is defective .To the contrary customer will be charged a 20$/hr CAD diagnosing and handling fee.

Before returning product to PCCZONE, please obtain your RMA number online.

NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. An RMA number is valid for 7 days from the day it was issued.

No advance replacement.

The RMA number must be written on the shipping label and on the exterior of the shipping carton.

Cancellation, Refund or credit

There is no refund, return or exchange on all articles that have been subjected to physical damage including over voltages, poor maintains (E.X.: dust to tobacco tar, grease deposits) or any other damages caused by said unconventional use.

Only sealed unopened products will be considered for refund less restocking fee and subject to approval. Customer must obtain an RMA number within 15 days of the invoice date.

A 15% cancellation or restocking fee will be deduct from refund amount if client is approved for such service.

Customer will need to pay for return shipping without exception.

Time of delivery

Total time of delivery is based on payment authorization, inventory status (back orders or special orders), order processing and the transit time from carrier. This could range from 48 hours to 10 working days. NOTE- If the item(s) on your order are in-stock or out of stock, we will not ship until we have received and processed all the backorders.

Damaged or loss packages

Damage claims to the products in the package during transport should be notify to the shipping company at the time of delivery. If items received are found to have physical damage, report immediately to the customer service section of the website.

It is customer responsibility to verify if the packaging seal was broken at the moment of delivery. If so, customer is advised to refuse the shipment. Customer will still be responsible for shipping costs.

Lost packages should be notified to the shipping carrier directly. Tracking number and all needed information will be posted on your shipping confirmation email or on our website pcczone.ca (username and password will be required).

Missing items from your purchase have to be notified within 24 hours.

Service expenses

All customers are subject to their respective provincial retail sales taxes based on their residing province. All customers (Canadian or non-Canadian) will be charged applicable GST.

Minimum web order is 25$ CAD excluding taxes, a potential handling charge will be added to all orders under 250$ CAD.

An expense of 40$ CAD will be demanded for all returned checks.

Responsibility

PCCZONE cannot guarantee every product's compatibility and will not be held liable for any incorrect information given. It is customers' responsibility to do further research before shopping.

PCCZONE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed, whether or not the order has been process. A complete refund on customer's credit card will be issued immediately.

PCCZONE is not responsible for any typographical errors, product description errors and photographical misrepresentation of the products posted on the website.

PCCZONE does not control or review third party website linked to PCCZONE.CA. We cannot guarantee, verify or answer for their content.

It is sole responsibility of the customer to follow these terms and conditions. PCCZONE is not at all responsible for any loss linked to this breach.

Products remain the ownership of PCCZONE until complete payment is accepted.
